How accurate are the figures of production of a car nascar die cast?

I wondered how accurate are the figures of production is on the side of a car nascar die cast box? I finally made 'Happy Birthday 30, 2005 "die cast Elliott Sadler car the other day.

I wanted this car since I saw him on the stand of the track cast last year. production showed that my car number was one of the 350 (i can be a bit count off the number 350). Depends how. Is the car a "limited edition certified", or a copy of the "1 of 350 "???? Usually, unless it is signed and certified, x 350 means nothing. It simply means that running in particular was only 350 cars and you have one.
